Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ws777 platform at ws777.onl ("the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and ws777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

ws777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ws777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances subject to forfeiture.

When registering a ws777 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update any registration information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ws777 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ws777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

• You must notify ws777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ws777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected security breaches.
• All transactions conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility until you have formally notified ws777 of any compromise.
• ws777 may require additional verification steps — including two-factor authentication — as part of ongoing account security enhancements.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the ws777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ws777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and standard interbank bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ws777 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. ws777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ws777 to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on interbank processing times.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• ws777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted, unless ws777 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
• ws777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing account investigation.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the ws777 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing a bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall take precedence with respect to bet settlement.

ws777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on markets that were offered incorrectly due to technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Limit the maximum stake or payout applicable to any single bet or combination bet placed by any player.
• Refuse or cancel any bet before it has been accepted and confirmed, without providing a reason.
• Suspend, delay, or cancel in-play markets at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• Settle bets based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question.

Cricket betting markets on ws777 — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and One Day Internationals — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the Platform. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and accepted bets are binding once the Platform confirms acceptance.

Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

ws777 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards to both new and existing players. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are presented to the player at the time the offer is made available. Players are strongly advised to read the full terms of any bonus before opting in.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ws777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or third-party personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the distribution of winnings.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on ws777.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ws777 Platform — including but not limited to the ws777 name, logo, trademarks, software, databases, game content, graphics, text, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ws777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ws777 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ws777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ws777 software.
• Use the ws777 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or in association with any third-party product or service.
• Frame, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the ws777 Platform using automated tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ws777 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ws777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond ws777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect odds published due to manifest error, which ws777 reserves the right to void.
• Losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that ws777 does not warrant to be accurate or complete.

ws777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose. ws777 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Responsible Gaming

ws777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Platform remains an enjoyable, safe entertainment environment for all players. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling patterns and we take this responsibility seriously.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Repeated bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

ws777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ws777 Platform, ws777 and the player agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ws777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms, particularly in connection with fraud, prohibited conduct, or intellectual property infringement.
